Combining theoretical learning with practical skills application, our academic programs equip healthcare professionals with the learning they need to provide quality, life-enhancing, and person-centered care in a variety of settings.

Training Tailored to You

We offer specialized, state-approved Nurse Aide, Medication Aide/Medication Management, Phlebotomy, Clinical Medical Assistant (CMA), Electrocardiogram (EKG) and Personal Care Assistant (PCA) training programs, each including:
  • Traditional in-class teaching with live instructor. Train face-to-face with professional nursing practitioners and Registered Nurses to develop the knowledge and skills you need to become certified.
  • Hybrid. Didactic learning is offered online with an instructor teaching via video conference software, like Zoom. This is ideal for persons who wish to learn from home.
  • Online/Hybrid courses. Instructor-led and asynchronous (on your schedule), completely online didactic course can be taken by individuals who learn best in a solitary setting, desire flexibility, or have priorities that make classroom learning difficult.
All courses require in-person lab and clinical at a designated facility in conjunction with the didactic portion of the course. Students get to use updated learning materials, an approved curriculum, ensuring that they learn relevant knowledge and skills for program of study.

    WE INTRODUCE STUDENTS TO ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHY, CARDIAC ANATOMY, AND PHYSIOLOGY.

    WE TEACH STUDENTS THE BASICS OF PROVIDING PERSONAL CARE SERVICES UNDER MEDICAID WAIVERS.

    WE PREPARE THE STUDENT TO PERFORM CLINICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS, PHLEBOTOMY, AND EKG.

    PERFORM LIVE BLOOD DRAWS DURING EACH PHLEBOTOMY CLASS PERIOD, INCLUDING THIRTY VENIPUNCTURES AND TEN CAPILLARY BLOOD DRAWS, AND PERFORM CLIA WAMED LAB TESTS.
